Who ends up choosing Judgify
The association running its annual member awards
that doesn't want a five-figure line item for something that happens once a year.
The accelerator or hackathon organizer
who needs multi-round judging and public voting without negotiating a custom contract.
The non-profit or foundation
managing grants and scholarships on a budget that has to justify every dollar to a board.
The enterprise or media brand
running several recognition programs a year, for whom the Pro Unlimited tier bundles up to 10 events into one flat cost instead of several separate per-event charges.
The third-party event planner
running programs for multiple clients, who needs a platform that doesn't punish them for scale with per-client licensing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does Judgify set everything up for us, or do we do it ourselves?
Onboarding is DIY with support. You configure your program, and your Customer Success contact guides you through it, including branding setup. If you'd rather have our team build the program for you end-to-end, that's handled through Professional Services.
How long does onboarding take?
Most programs are ready in a couple of sessions. Timing depends on your program's complexity and how quickly your team can move.
Do we need onboarding again if we run another program next year?
Onboarding is a standard step for each new program, since it's how we make sure setup stays correct as your program evolves. That said, we're happy to talk through what makes sense for returning teams and adjust where it's reasonable.
What happens if we're on Basic and want structured onboarding later?
Upgrading to Pro or above unlocks onboarding as an add-on, or it's included automatically on Enterprise.
How is onboarding different from ongoing support?
Onboarding is a structured, guided process focused on getting your first program live correctly, with a 4-hour priority response time. Ongoing support is available continuously afterward for troubleshooting and questions.
How is onboarding different from Professional Services?
Onboarding is DIY: you configure your own program with our team's guidance, including standard theme styling with your brand assets. Professional Services is different: your entire event setup, including custom award and event landing page design, is done for you by a dedicated team of professionals.
